There is a certain type of eczema that causes tiny bumps on fingers and toes. It can cause a red itchy rash and sometimes it stings. Many people on the board here get is. The sun triggers it for some, contact allergies or stress triggers it for others. Google Pompholyx also known as 'dyshidrotic eczema’
