For those of you who have pots, how do you deal on a daily basis? I submitted a medical accomodation to my job for me to have a laptop so that i can lay down or kind of lean backwards when im working because when I am sitting up my chest us hurting my blood pressure either drops extremely low and causes a headache and i just cannot work like that. I am not currently working, but a few things you can do:
Compression stockings -full leg
Extra sodium
Hydration
Get those legs pumping and watch circulation
Changing direction, getting up from lying or sitting, or bending down are my main culprits, so I try to go slowly.
I get migraines, dizzy spells and vertigo, but I have also fainted, so between that and my lupus flares going back to work is not ideal.

Do you have high cholesterol? Kidney issues? How are you treating the atherosclerosis? Pls remind me what your diet is like and if you eat processed foods so can’t remember if you follow the standard American diet or eat healthier. And do you exercise? Have you chatted with Henry?
