Has anyone ever found a treatment that has been successful for red swollen upper eyelids.
I am on hydrochloroquine, prednisone and also put cortisone cream on my lids and it is not taking the redness away.

My rheumatologist put me on Evoxac for my eyes. I have both Sjogren's and SLE. It has helped a lot with the dryness and irritation.

Have you tried seeing an ophthalmologist? ...a medical eye doctor? They can help with that.
