Is it possible to have lupus with normal ESR and CRP?

I have positive ANA (low 1:80 speckled) low WBC, low C3 C4 and C2 and high PH in urine (not sure if that pertains). Just curious if anyone has been diagnosed with lupus with normal CRP and ESR.
