High Platelet level

Good Day, Everyone! 👋🏾☀️🌞
Have any of you ever had a High Platelet Count. I was informed that it could be related to Auto-Immune Diseases such as; Rheumatoid Arthritis, Mixed Connection Tissue, Plaque Psoriasis just to name a few.

I was DX with Rheumatoid arthritis, Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, Auto immune disease, Chronic pain disorder, Bruising, PTSD, Trauma, Increased Depression and Anxiety disorders which worsened when my DX of Lupus was determined.

I have a high platelet count of 402. My rheumatologist said it's only slightly high, and she will monitor it.
