I take mine daily. Definitely have tried not, because who wants to take any. That always comes back to bite me, so I take them daily and overall, it helps.

I take mines everyday I don't know it seen as if since I'm getting older I ache more, but I use pain cream and pain patches heating pad/pain pills..

I only take muscle relaxer when I have a pain all day and I don't take any pain pills everyday only when I cannot tolerate the pain. I do take hydrochloroquine daily.
