Anyone On Methotrexate? If So How Did You Do?

I have been on mexotrexate since May/22. It's not doing anything for me. I have SLE, longterm use of steroids, predisone, folic acid, hydrocloroquine, and my flare ups are continuous. My Dr is trying to remove the mexotrexate and prednison before starting bisphophonate. But, I always felt actually sick for w - 3 days after my weekly dose.
