Is Anybody Taking Adderall Or Other Stimulant For Fatigue?

My psychiatrist prescribed me Wellbutrin and then Adderall for fatigue after Wellbutrin didn’t work. Is anyone taking a stimulant along with other lupus medications? Does this help with brain fog , fatigue etc?

Yes but Honestly find it to be useless. If I'm tired I will sleep no matter what I take or how much. It makes no difference..

Adderall is quite addictive. I didn't take any stimulants while in brain fog flare ups or when I'm fatigued. I just rested, which I believe is a better treatment. I hope others may be able to answer your questions. Hugs
