Hello, I have been on Effexor for almost 5 years now. It helps me a great deal. Depression is better, anxiety is better, ADD is better, which makes my pain better. I’m not sure if it works for everyone, but it works for me.

I took it for many years mainly for depression. Haven't taken it in years. Seemed to help the depression and I didn't have any side effects that I can remember.

I've been taking Effexor for 15+ years and it works for me. I have to take.

Effexor is wonderful for Depression. I'm on Cymbalta plus 3 anxiety meds. I feel more useless and defeated since my DX 2 years ago. The pain is overwhelming, yet I pretend I'm ok, because people really don't want to hear about your symptoms or don't understand.
