I have been dealing with stomach issues for awhile. My doctor thinks its gastroporesis. I need need to go get the stomach emptying test… but … life… I just stick to the diet my doctor has me on. I eat my biggest meal at lunch and eat a really light dinner. High fat, red meat, or rich foods will have me sick for hours 🤷🏻‍♀️ My GI says its not my crohns, he thought it was my gallbladder (but I had it removed 10 years ago) so the next thought it gastroporesis.

Yes, I started taking betaine HCl and it is helping me. I did it on my own without a doctor but I wish the Dr would test for low stomach acid.
