Vitamin D3 2000 IU daily helps reduce autoimmune activity. Good luck!

Try to eat high-nutritional food eliminating the need for supplements. B12 supplement is necessary if you are vegan. Turmeric 1000mcg a day helps with inflammation. Folic acid will ward off infections. Thiamine and B vitamins help with the nervous system. :)

Depending on where you are, you're really going to need Vitamin D, I'm in New England and my Vitamin D levels have been insanely low. Most people with Lupus don't really go out in the sun and that's how a lot of us get Vitamin D.
