My legs feel like tree trunks which makes it hard to walk. Did a biopsy and found I have myositis which sometimes comes with Lupus. The only treatment that helps me walk better and no sensations is acupuncture. Plus I do not drink. I found out last Christmas that sugar makes the situation unbearable so I have stopped sugar.
