I am on 2000 mg twice a day. It has helped me huge. I don’t have any side effects. I may have higher blood pressure but they didn’t want to take me off of it because of it they just controlled it another way. My bp is fine now. My kidneys are leveled out and my lupus is controlled.

I was on cellcept 2.5 years for Lupus Nephritis.

I was on it for 2 1/2 years to get the scleroderma under control. It helped me alot. I was also taken off prednisone after 10 years of taking it. I then was put on Methotrexate for 2 years, I was taken off that as my blood work came out great. I now on take 300 mg of hydroxychloriquine(plaquenel). I feel a lot better and I have some days when I don't. The weather changes affect me also. It disrupts the scleroderma(I make to much collegen which is deadly for my body so far it has not attacked my organs) it has caused problems but it is now all controlled.hope this helps you get some more information.
