PLEASE, everyone with a history of any kidney disease/nephritis stay away from meds like ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, etc.!!!! Many are over the counter (advil, motrin, etc.) so watch out.

All are very harmful to the kidneys!

Prednisone is a curse and and definitely a miracle drug ! I had to take it for years and was 125lbs and 2 years later 225 ! It also depends on dosage ofcourse and le thé of time on it ! I went on weight watchers and lost 100lbs in my 6th year with Lupus❣️

I used to get it bad but then my dr put me on Dyclofenac and over not had it since.

I can identify with Prednisone weight. I am working on getting my weight down. This is my cheat weekend but I will get back to eating better Monday.
