My girlfriend takes Lunesta to help them sleep, however prescription might run out soon, and it might take awhile to get it refilled.
They were suggested ashwagandha to help with sleeping, but we read it likely will be risky or bad for someone with Lupus. Anyone have other suggestions?

Please try basic sleep hygiene measures--they're much safer than pills. I've written extensively about them if you check out my profile. You can search for them online, too.
Good luck!
