@A MyLupusTeam Member I hear you Cat. Btwn the Lupus, Crest, Raynaud’s phenomenon and stage 3/4 kidney disease fsgs (that they now think was caused from the lupus)!! It’s super hard at times to know what’s attacking us. We often have to figure it out ourselves!!! 😞

Right now I seem to be in a long flare up!! 😷. About 2 months They have increased my meds. But I swear it seems to be making me worse. Before that I was good for about 2 months. Almost felt normal. Then wham!!!
I think it’s really hard to say. Everyone is so different. I find diet has a lot to do with it!!! And stress.

I have other health issues too, so I sometimes am not sure what s Lupus? Hashimoto’s? Rheumatoid arthritis? Heart?

I get them often plus menopause isn't helping. I get both. It isn't fun
