My bloodwork shows I am remission but I still get the fatigue and out of breath during the day and especially when I get dressed in the morning or when I am cooking. Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you.

Thank you. Yes, my heart and lungs have been checked and I am supposedly fine in those departments. I am assuming it is just more of the mystery of lupus!

Yes, the fatigue and shortness of breath don't always correlate with the lab findings or inflammatory markers. I have found this in my 37 years with lupus and in my patients, too. Has your doctor suggested lung and heart evaluation, if you haven't yet had that done?
