I take magnisium everyday and it has helped with me getting headaches

Hi Tamara. Fortunately I have not experienced headaches while taking prednisone. My only side effect is the ecchymosis (skin discoloration) on my arms caused by bleeding underneath the skin. It's unsightly, even after healing it leaves a dark spot. Presently I am tapering off the prednisone and boy do I feel that difference, more pain in the joints and less mobility. I take tylenol for the pain, it does help to ease pain in the joints. I hope you feel better soon!!!
