Hi Joann. I suffer the same thing so would assume it’s lupus related. I was told by my doctors that hot flushes and chills and feeling clammy is a part of lupus. They said we go into low grade fevers that come and go spasmodically.
Happens to me all the time. I sit in air con on 25 degrees shivering and with a blanket around shoulders. If I turn off air con I get the hot flushes and clamminess. Apparently there is no fix it remedy invented yet. All I can say is I have had it for about 10 years out of the 20 year diagnosis. And above is all I can find to get a little normal body regulation.

How old are you? Sounds like it could be menopause as well. Different meds can cause this as well. Have you started any new meds lately.
