This is one of my symptoms when I am going through a flare. The bottom of my feet hurt extremely bad and it feels like I am walking on pins and needles. I soak my feet in epsom salt to help with the swelling.

Yes. I have this, I believe it is Peripheral neuropathy and I have this with my Lupus. But please do more research yourself and ask your doctor to confirm.
