I have gout / RA / Lupus / Fibromyalgia / no thyroid plus afew other issues.

Gout and fibromyalgia aren't autoimmune, which I hope makes you feel better, Sassy! Gout is due to excess uric acid accumulation in the blood and deposition in joints, and fibromyalgia is linked to poor sleep. We warriors often get FM due to our poor rest.
