I’ve noticed my skin on my upper thighs turning dark at times . I havent been in the sun. Is this a symptom of lupus or a flare?

Thanks for asking this question Debbie. I have dark spots on my arms and attributed them to prednisone. Thanks Niranjana for clearing up the mystery.❤️🙏🦋

If you're on plaquenil, it sometimes can cause some skin darkening (hyperpigmentation).
