What would swimming in a very warm (kinda hot) chlorinated pool do?
I am scarred to break out!
I was offered a job, it involves chlorinated warm water time in a pool.
I'm getting anxious.
what do you think?

If it's outdoors, best to avoid it for sure due to the UV risk.

You probably won't know until you try.

For me that wouldn't be a problem as long as I rinsed off a few times a day and took care of my skin when I got home.
That's assuming it was indoors.

There is absolutely no way I could do sun exposure and chlorine salts.
That wouldn't last 30 minutes.

I know that others have enough issues with dry skin and wouldn't be able to do it.

Just depends on how your Lupus affects you.

I would think that if you don't break out in the shower your good.
