Swollen Feet

A MyLupusTeam Member asked a question 💭
Scottsdale, AZ

Does anyone get swelling on just the bottom of the feet and if so how do you treat it.
I’ve tried soaking in Epsom salt and massage plus elevating my feet but nothing seems to help. It feels like something is stuck to the bottom of my feet when I walk and all of my shoes are too tight to wear.

For me I did those things as well as added so coQ10, magnesium, and a few physical therapy exercises.

Mine was related to poor circulation at night and working on my feet all day.

I found some exercises here, I just picked the ones I could do and started slow.

Also started doing calf raises seated and standing randomly throughout the day.

I try to do at least 10 of them 3 or 4 times a day.
