It works. You need to watch your food choices. Nothing that causes inflammation. When you have your numbers good with blood work you can introduce other foods moderately. Drink lots of water no sugar drinks. Gluten free, grass-fed, dairy free. I live in Fla no sun for me. This has been very hard for me. I've given up alot. They say weather can be a deterent with Lupus. I live in sunny S Fla. But can't be out in the sun. So I have adapted to this being a pool and bch bum. Continue with Saphnelo IV infusions. I just had my second feeling great. I haven't been good since I was diagnosed Sept 2023. Eating healthy food is important. I have changed all my good source. No gluten grass-fed no dairy. Monitor sugar and salt

I had my first Saphnelo infusion last Monday. I actually felt good for about four days then a damn front came up the east coast and it's been cold and rainy since.
I've been hurting to the point where I didn't leave the house for 3 days. It's supposed to stop raining here tomorrow, rain on Thursday and finally clear up by the weekend.
