There’s an eyedrop that came out about a year or so ago called regener-eyes light. It’s for dry eye. It is absolutely amazing. Nothing else ever helped me and after using these twice my eyes have already felt better. And felt like I was being stabbed in the eye every single day, along with all the other dry eye symptoms. And that has stopped completely. They are expensive and they are not covered by insurance, but I got them at my ophthalmologist office, and he actually had the best price for them. I even wrote to the company to see if they had coupons but I was told that they don’t.

I have the exact same symptoms have tried every eye drops over the counter Systane eye drops were doing the job for a few years but it seems that as I get older I have brand new symptoms and very dry eyes is one of them, been through Xxidra, Restasis, Cortisone drops nothing worked.
So this is what works for me: warm eye mask that you microwave a few times a day, lacrimal plugs inserted in both lower tear ducts by my ophthalmologist and my miracle drops prescribed by this physician called Cequa( cyclosporine ophtalmic solution single use vials), 2 drops in the morning and 2 drops at night they’ve been a lifesaver. I also limit my screen time, computer or phone.I hope I helped and wish you the best 😊
