Has anyone had Covid recently and gotten blood clots?

I got COVID and was on vent in icu in Feb. small clots in rt leg treated medically. Home and doing ok except this diarrhea with gas everytime I eat ANYTHING

They are a side effect of lupus caused vascular disease and of the vaccine.
