I have Raynaud’s and started developing some symptoms of sjogren’s but not sure if I actually have it. Can anyone share their symptoms of sjogren’s and how it was diagnosed?

I have Raynaud's - not too serious but still annoying. There seems to be nothing to do when it strikes but just live with it
