Lately the weather has been warm, however no a/c so windows open fans going. Saturday night I'd get hot then take blanket off, then get cold put blanket on, then hot blanket off. This went on all night making me wake up when either hot or cold, taking blanket off or on. Not good way to get sleep 😴

I have Raynauds, a circulation problem. Can't handle the cold or the heat.

Wow I sure can relate! I've been having sweating ALOT! I think it's part of a flare up because I have unusual fatigue and pain even with taking pain medication. I'm glad I have ya'll for support or I'd think I'd lose my mind 🥵

I can relate abit lately an specially during a flare i get severe night sweats but lately ive been sweating and overheating threw the whole day. But the building and the westher hs been pretty stable my kids an husband are fine but im so hot but no fever i also start to shiver when i change from my sweaty clothes like im not able to keep my body temp
