I also go horse, have completely lost my voice for 4 days and have suddenly been unable to swallow several times over the years prior to diagnosis. Recently when I went 2 months between infusion treatments I even was woken up by a spasm/unable to swallow or inhale for a min. Missing the dose has also triggered other symptoms. I was in such a long remission that I thought maybe i didn’t need treatment anymore. Bummed that’s not the case.
