I take vit B.
@A MyLupusTeam Member, I use the Airborne Vitamin C gummies and the Airborne electrolyte replinisher tablets. With the tablets, you drop one in a 4-6oz glass of water, stir, and drink. I use 4oz of water for a bigger boost to my immune system and energy level. Always check with your doctor to make sure it is compatible with the medications you are taking. I also try to eat healthy and exercise. I try to walk at least 4 times a week for about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how I feel or if my feet are swollen. I also have heard great things about elderberry gummies although I have not tried them yet. Right now I am stuck on Airborne. Talk to your doctor too. She may have some recommendations.
@A MyLupusTeam Member I contribute having a little more energy to Benlysta. Although one of the benefits of elderberry supplements is increasing energy. The green elderberry tea is helping me with preventing my colds from lasting longer and worse than usual. See article below.

2 days ago, I started taking Bromelain supplements bc it has a lot of good benefits (listed in the article below).
Unfortunately and while adding to this question I just noticed in this article under ‘Precautions’ that people with blood disorders should not take it…so I’m stopping now! ((I guess high tendency to clot is a blood disorder).
