I don't know anything about resources in your area. You might want to reach out to your councilman/woman to see if their office can offer support. Also the Lupus Foundation might have a list of local support for you. I will most certainly be praying for you.

It sounds like you're dealing with multiple chronic conditions. Here are some key points from the knowledge base about lupus (SLE) and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS):

- Lupus (SLE): An autoimmune disease where the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue.
- Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS): A genetic disorder affecting collagen, leading to loose joints, stretchy skin, and fragile tissues.
- Common Symptoms: Both conditions can cause joint pain and fatigue, making it hard to differentiate between them.
- Diagnosis and Treatment: Accurate diagnosis is crucial for proper treatment. EDS is managed with pain relievers and physical therapy, while lupus treatment focuses on managing symptoms and slowing progression.

For managing symptoms and treatment, maintaining open communication with your healthcare team is essential. Writing down your symptoms can help provide a detailed report to your doctor.
