I used to have really bad migraines every day. They tried me on IMITREX and Relpax which almost killed me. Then they tried Topamax. While they were trying to get they dosage correct, I was so desperate that I tried acupuncture for several months (terrified of needles). I couldn't believe it actually worked. Now I rarely get migraines and when I do they aren't very bad. Hope this helps.

The only thing that helps me is getting massages every couple weeks, another thing is rubbing peppermint essential oil on my forehead and neck.
