They are:
1. I am safe
2. There is no urgency
3. I am still and calm

Yes, thank u for those tips. I have trouble getting to sleep also, even tho I use a box fan and a wave machine. Sometimes my body is tired ,but my thoughts won't quit, so then I pop in a Valerian Root...im usually out in about 30minutes. I have noticed the more moving around I do, including stairs and stretch bands, the harder I sleep. Blessings everyone on a peaceful sleep tonight❤️😴

Thanks my night went better last night, although i started in lot of pain , i but biofreeze on my entire body, and magnesium butter on my legs, & took a muscle relaxant , i only woke a couple of times but managed to get back to sleep w/o trashing around. Although i did wake in a lot of pain today , still anything is better so praise the Lord.
Have a great day
I take trazadone. Get about 5 to six hours sleep.
To help relax I use audible. Listening to books I love without the need to keep lights on or a device in my face. I also love meditative you tube videos.
