Yes I have anti anxiety med to use as needed. I don't let myself suffer. If I need it I take it.

Hi Jeri. Yes, I do take medication for my anxiety. My Neurologist prescribed them for me. I also have tremors which the anxiety seems to make worse. 🙄

I do occasionally take a relax gummy when needed, or I have Propranolol ER for when I get anxious, like driving in heavy fast traffic.
