Yeah, nobody knows what we all go through. People say they understand. But, if they don't have lupus of any form, they'll never understand how much we can suffer from these debilitating symptoms and flare ups. I even tell this to my bestie, I want to thank each one of you for just being here and for the love we give and receive from each other.
unfortunately stress comes with life and lupus
I too am glad for my lupus family on here. You are very helpful. I also agree with you Chris we need to advocate for ourselves because no one knows our body like we do. God bless you all for the advice and encouragement you give to all of us.
Stress is awful I agree stress is a bad bad thing.
I can feel my body is off, it's no denying it literally I feel like a train ran me over, I lose appetite, hair falls out, skin, weight fluctuations, sadness gets intense, severe fatigue, fever, severe joint pain.... Many people talk about diet and nurtrition and while that plays a huge role; you can still have a bad flare with everything going great in your life. Stress is a huge huge factor for me and lately I been in stillness talking to God more and keeping it real and raw with God. I believe catching COVID 4 times is what brought all of this for me to the front and center where doctors now see there's a lot happening!!!
