Never have had that, sorry your experiencing that, I know there is a lot of deodorant that are very gentle. Try Walmart. I use Happy. If it’s not broken out, use valsartan, it’s for pain. God bless

Arm and armpit pain can be concerning symptoms for people with lupus. During lupus flares, body aches and muscle pain can occur in various areas, including the armpit region. Some MyLupusTeam members have reported experiencing radiating pain that can affect their arms and surrounding areas.

If you're experiencing severe armpit pain, especially if it's new or unusual, it's important to share these details with your rheumatology team. They can determine if the pain is related to a lupus flare or requires additional evaluation. For temporary relief, you might consider:
• Resting the affected area
• Using ice packs
• Taking acetaminophen (like Tylenol) - which is often safer than NSAIDs for people with lupus

Remember to always check with your doctor before starting any new pain relief methods, as certain medications may not be suitable depending on your specific lupus symptoms and any kidney involvement.
