Members connected over the question of leukopenia, sharing how it has affected their health journeys, with several noting they get sick frequently due to low white blood cell counts. A few members shared that seeing a hematologist alongside a rheumatologist was helpful, and one described how leukopenia was actually what first led to their lupus diagnosis after other conditions were ruled out. A recurring theme was the ongoing struggle with frequent illness, congestion, and sinus pain, with members offering each other encouragement and practical tips like antihistamines and adjustable bed frames to help with breathing.

Thank you NatashaDuncan, I am so congested right now. It started Sunday night and I was freezing with body pain and hard to breathe. Now I am just congested with sinus pain. I don't like being sick a lot.

@NatashaDuncan--Allergies can cause (or at least contribute to) these symptoms, too, including ear pain from sinus pressure transmitted to the ears. It wouldn't hurt to talk with your internist about trying over-the-counter antihistamines, as you may get at least some relief. That is, if you haven't already tried them.

I hope you're having a good day and stable lately, Natasha.😘
