Members rallied around a question about whether a rash on both arms might be connected to a lupus diagnosis, offering both practical insight and warm encouragement. Several members suggested the bumpy, itchy rash could be contact dermatitis caused by perfumes or dyes in soaps or laundry detergents, recommending a switch to hypoallergenic products while waiting to see a doctor. A recurring theme was the power of community support, with members bonding over the shared challenges of living with lupus at any age and lifting each other up with faith, humor, and heartfelt kindness.

Jamie!! Thank you so much for your kind words and the compliments ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿซ‚โœจ๏ธ I really appreciate them. I think we all have powerful journeys and stories you know, God has given each of us such a unique journey to share to encourage someone else to keep fighting, advocating and growing towards the pathway of purpose. You know I thought age was a number, until I got on here and saw people in their 70s and 80s diagnosed with lupus. I have been shocked ๐Ÿ˜ฒ like wow ain't no way I got time to be 80, and fabulous lol and dealing with no lupus... This community makes me feel supported!! I hope you get rest and love on yourself real big today ๐Ÿ’“

Thank you EmpressBey. You are so Beautiful & Strong! My story canโ€™t compare to all you have been through, on this roller coaster ride called Lupus. My cousin thought I was pass the age for it. She was wrong, unfortunately. I took so many vitamins, thinking Iโ€™m helping myself. Iโ€™m still taking them but I donโ€™t know if it helped or not. Please keep me posted taking good care of yourself, as you are! I will keep listening to to music that I love(R&B & Smoothe Jazz) It does soothe the savage beast! ๐Ÿ˜
Warm wishes,
Jamie๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
