A year ago Aug, I was on Prednisone for 6 weeks for a flare and again in Feb I was on it 2wks for bronchitis. I also was taking a steroid inhaler for short time. I have a friend who is newly diagnosed with lupus and she can't take any ibuprofen or naproxen. She's on blood clotting medicine. Her wrist and feet are super swollen. I don't know if ice would be good. I don't use ice ever but I don't have thin blood either. I'm not sure what to tell her. Any advice would be great please and thank you
Hi there, I also get swollen but I think it is due to the inflammation. I took water pills and it work. But speak to your dr . Gentle hugs
