Hello! I'm taking orencia. I've been on it now for about six months after having difficulty with other meds. With the initial treatment with orencia you have to have infusions every two weeks for the first month and then every 28 days. I noticed it helping on the 3rd infusion, which was the first month. I'm also on cellcept. I hope this was somewhat helpful to you.
