I actually have been experiencing cramps in my feet to the point where all my toes have a mind of their own except the big toe....it's hurts awfully bad and it's like that for a few minutes...I just breathe thru it till I get use back in my whole foot.

My toe numbness and half of the bottoms of my feet never goes away and is constant. I mention this when I see my Rheumy, Neurologist, GP, and will tell Physical Therapy. Whose job is this to help me get relief?

I also get numbness in the feet. Since it started in the winter I assumed it was just because my feet were numb from the cold, when the summer returned and my feet stayed numb with pins-and-needles sensation I realised it was something else.
I think I read on the internet once that it is Lupus attacking the nerve endings? Don't know if anyone else heard this?

@A MyLupusTeam Member I do have Raynauds and i feel it more in my hands. I never notice my toes change colors its more like my toes have pins and needles. Before I get up in the morning I have to wait before I step down on the ground
