Does anyone ever go to bed early and get a good night sleep wake up tired and can go back to sleep after being up a hour or so. I was wondering what people do or is there something that can help me not want to do this. It's like somedays my whole day is wasted cause I can sleep to much makes me feel depressed.
@A MyLupusTeam Member I agree with the posts for showers, movement, walking etc. there are time though (for me before my monthly cycle) when the fatigue can be brutal with no option but to sleep/rest. In my experience if I dont , it can cause a full blown flare.
I feel like that almost daily. Since my husband and I can't afford for me not to work, I just get up, do some stretches and go to work. I'll be reading the answers to your question for some insight
Susan I know how that is I fight being tired everday and working and it is very hard at times. I am trying something new a friend of mine told me to try and I have had a little more engery this week she told me to mix plain lemon juice and water in. 16 oz and drink first thing in morning and drink thru out day it has helped but maybe because I have not been drinking sodas either. Whatever is I hope it keeps working some cause I hate being tired.
The same thing happens to me and I never know what will help. Some days it helps to push my body a bit and do Piyo, which is an excise program that uses Pilates and yoga. Other days the only thing I can do is go back to sleep. Other days if I drink 2-3 bottles of water I feel better. Usually I try water, then workout, then sleep.
I experience that often. What helps me the most is too go for a quick walk outside and get the blood moving.
