Does anyone have episodes of having the shakes that start after waking up. Feels like your hands are shakey and knees feel a bit shakey when walking, sometimes dizzy but not always. I can't figure out what triggers this or what started it.

Hello I had a real back chest pain that took over my mind and body but thank God he put the right people in my life to help me find out my problem. I thought that I was having a heart attack no it was a part of my lupus disease. I have so much going on in my life if I did not have a personal relation with the Lord I don't where I would be at this time. Don't ever give up know that God did not bring us this far to leave or forsake us. I really enjoy chatting with people who are going thru the same thing I am going thru. I want to thank you for your information.

I have something simuliar, I have what I call episodes of shakes , floaty head, major headaches and sudden exhaustion!! I can be good one minuet and then this rush washes over me and it's all I can to get somewhere to lay down! It's particularly scary when I'm out and about with my Family in the car

I have this happen often. Have been told it's a "blood sugar drop", I now test my BS when feeling this way & have seen many times it is a little lower than it should be, so I drink or eat something (small amount) that brings the BS back up pretty quick. Hope this might be helpful info. Take care!

Thanks for all the help. I also get that "burning from the inside out" feeling, but didn't put it together with the shakey thing. But I'm glad someone else described that feeling as that was the only way I could explain to my family when I get that feeling.
