Absolutely. You are at higher risk of miscarriage but there are things you can do to help. Take a high dose vitamin d supplement, baby aspirin daily (75mg) and I found I needed progesterone suppositories too (used after ovulation until the 13th week of pregnancy. Best of luck xx

I am the mother of two very happy healthy babies. My first was a preemie but she is almost 11 now and my second was monitored more closely because of the preterm labour and he went full term and is about to turn 8. My rheumatologist kept an eye on my Ana leading up to getting pregnant and told me when he thought best time was. You should know however that as many of the symptoms are triggered by fluctuations in hormone levels you may experience some pretty bad flare ups following delivery

Add a high risk pregnancy doc to your team. I had some complications with extremely low platelets so I was followed very closely by all of my docs. My pregnancy was great aside from that. I had a c-section so they could have more control over my delivery. I did take prednisone so I blew up like a balloon but it kept my usual lupus symptoms in check. So I guess physically I felt better when I was pregnant! Best of luck to you!

Think positive, positive, positive. Others have had great pregnancies, and some have not so great pregnancies. Your pregnancy is your pregnancy. It is not going to be like anyone elses. You are going to be a great Mom. Think positive, those positive thoughts will transfer to your baby.

I was done having kids when I was diagnosed to don't know for sure. I heard it go both ways. Either your lupus systems go away when pregnant or make them flare up. Just depends on the woman.
