She is experiencing neck stiffness and pain also in her thumbs to her wrist swelling of knees and feet hotness and they look as if she broke her feet . Sweating precisely at night. .she takes plaquinil lyrica savella tramadol and a few others too many to list and as well for the depression lexapro ..wondering if anyone else is hurting like this and why
She's having regular symptoms, when I get flare ups they are exactly like that I would cry myself to sleep many nights. The best thing you can do is give her massages, make her take warm Epsom salt baths, be her moral support, very light exercise, try to find her a hobby like drawing to keep her mind off her being sick, and try to have her change her diet. No medicine helped me at all it was only a temporary relief. I went vegan, avoiding dairy products and gluten foods helps a lot. I only eat fish every once in a while I avoid meat and chicken especially! Chicken is the worst and it saddens me because I enjoy the flavor so much but it has a looooot of gluten. Juicing helps a lot too you can look up good juicing for lupus on YouTube. I hope this helps her as much as it helped me because medicine did absolutely nothing for me. Diet is everything!
Ty doo much we appreciate it ..xoxox hugs and prayers for you to
By the way your rheumatologist may not agree with my tips because mines most certainly did not and his ideas of me just taking the meds made me suffer way more.
Hello Aaron Phillips: I hope all went well with the disability hearing.
I was wondering about " night sweats" , this can sometimes be from menopause symptoms...however , only her Doc can tell.
Pain is an on going thing. It's different everyday.
I'm sending soft hugs and Blessings for y'all.
