The more stress the worse they get and longer they last for me.

Totally depends. How much stress am I under, how much rest can I or can I not get, have I been exposed to one too many colds or cases of the flu, etc........ In other words there is no way to give you any firm idea of how often. As far as how long they last it's the same thing the more rest you get the faster the flare goes away, maybe. Sorry but that is the way I have found it to be.

I agree with previous posts. Stress plays a big factor in flares. The docs will tell you that you are not in a flare, but the lab results that you have severe inflammation. Hmmm. They will tell you it is fibro. Not sure I believe that one either. I really hope you start to feel better soon. 😟

Kaisa is right. It could be anywhere from days to weeks to months. 😢 It's true.

I did not have many flares at first but the older I got the more often they occurred. Now it is rare that I am not in a flare, even though I am retired now.
