Despite my daughter feeling really good lately, there's still no escaping being achy just before it rains and when there's s full moon. She's our weather forecaster. Anyone else?
That's a common reaction among most rheumatoid arthritis sufferers. The cold and damp contribute to the aches and pains. Your daughter should try to do basic, non-impact exercise to help loosen things up. Also, try not to sit for too long. If she can take NSAIDS, I'd recommend Aleve after eating something bread-like. Generally, Tylenol does not work as it doesn't affect inflammation related pain.
She's 11yrs. She was achy in her joints today and said I think it's going to rain... 6hrs later it's raining. So she asks for her "potion" before bed which is green tea, lemon, honey, a Tumeric cucurmin tablet and ginger root. She's sleeping like a baby.
So grateful for restful nights!
Oh yes I feel like a barometer , when its going to rain or snow I feel it in my joints , hurts soooo bad, pressure !
Im Sorry your daughter deals with this as well! How old is she?
Yes. Barometric Pressure affects me terribly:
