I have some hair thinning when I'm flaring. I think it has to do with the way Lupus attacks my skin. I take biotin supplements daily, along with vitamin D. I don't have as much thinking when I'm not flaring. I don't know if the biotin really helps or not but it can't hurt (I asked my Rhumy) and it lets me feel like I'm at least doing something. I tiny bit of control in an out of control situation. I wish you lots of luxurious locks and long lashes soon.
