yes, mine is only in one ear, and it gets crusty on my earlobe as well.......

I have this too! I use any oil at hand. It's very annoying. Never considered this might have something have something to do with lupus.

I have this but I put a drop of baby oil on a q tip and only put the q tip on the outer ear and on the back of my ear because this is where I get the best help for itching ears. I also sometimes put psoriasis over the counter cream on them. Lupus dries my skin out a lot. The older I get the drier it gets.

Yes! Sometimes I wonder if it isn't allergy related....?
